GRI provides premier management services to our clients with a unique owner/landlord perspective when managing, renovating, re-positioning and leasing shopping centers.

We research and review a project’s trade area to determine how to best re-position, redevelop and lease existing assets to achieve their full income potential.

GRI is able to respond quickly and effectively to our client’s needs. Operating costs are always carefully weighed against the long-term goal of preserving and protecting the real estate assets. GRI manages the physical operations of our clients’ properties in addition to handling all aspects of operational requirements which include leasing,
