Bruce Gershenson – CEO and President is a recognized expert in commercial retail development. Formerly, as a member of Ramco-Gershenson’s Senior Management Team, he directed all affairs of the company and participated in the development of more than 70 shopping centers ranging from freestanding single use destination-oriented retailers to a super-regional enclosed mall of more than 1.4 million square feet. Bruce was formerly Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a newly formed Real Estate Investment Trust traded on the New York Stock Exchange. He also became president of Ramco-Gershenson, Inc., the management subsidiary of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust. His chief role with the company was Vice President of the Acquisition Department, which was responsible for acquiring 32 centers in the first three years. With a wealth of over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the commercial real estate industry, he has excelled in creating successful business initiatives and partnerships throughout his career.
Tom Jurewicz – CFO is a CPA and a former Senior Manager at Deloitte who has provided a wide range of services for publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts to smaller closely held companies including managing debt and equity capital, handling investor relations and financial analysis of assets as well as potential acquisitions, redevelopment and tax planning for a company’s real estate entities.
Suzanne Bates – Controller is a CPA and former Senior Manager for Deloitte who has provided tax compliance and planning for publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts as well as private real estate partnerships and limited liability companies. As controller, she provides detailed budgeting, financial modeling and cash flow projections to guide ownership decisions.
Rob Cohon – Executive Vice President is Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a registered and certified planning, design, and construction professional. With more than 25 years in public and private commercial real estate management overseeing day to day operations of client’s portfolio of assets including capital and operational projects. He has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Planning, Design and Construction as well as an extensive network of brokers and vendors to accomplish management and ownership needs and goals.
